Vid Bundles let you offer some or all of your vids to Members as a subscription for a special price. Members choose a subscription length and pay a recurring fee for access to your Vid Bundle. Their access continues as long as their subscription remains active, and billing is automatic.
You can choose whether your Vid Bundle provides download or Stream Only access, and you can control which vids are included, excluded, or exclusive to your Vid Bundle.
You must have at least 5 vids uploaded for sale before you can create a Vid Bundle.
Set up your Vid Bundle
To create your Vid Bundle:
Go to Dashboard from the drop-down menu.
Go to Revenue Tools.
Click Edit next to Vid Bundle.
Set a price for each subscription period you want to offer.
Click Save.
You can offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription periods. Prices can range from $39.99 to $999.99 per subscription period.
You can set a different price for each subscription length.
Once you add at least one subscription period and save your settings, your Vid Bundle will be active. Members will see a Vid Bundle tab and Buy For $ button on your profile.
Pricing and existing subscriptions
You can edit your Vid Bundle prices at any time. However, Members who have already subscribed will continue to pay the original price they agreed to for as long as they continue to auto-renew. This also applies to subscriptions purchased using promotional discounts.
Choose how Members access your vids
You can offer your Vid Bundle with download access or make the entire bundle Stream Only.
Make your Vid Bundle Stream Only
When your Vid Bundle is Stream Only, Members can't download your vids through their Vid Bundle, even if an individual vid isn't otherwise set to Stream Only.
To make your Vid Bundle Stream Only:
Go to Dashboard from the drop-down menu.
Go to Revenue Tools under Manage My Store.
Click View next to Vid Bundle.
At the bottom of the Vid Bundle section, check Make all Vid bundle vids Stream Only.
Click Save.
Your Vid Bundle is now Stream Only. Members will see that the bundle is Stream Only before purchasing.
Choose which vids are included
You can control how individual vids are offered through your Vid Bundle. A vid can be included in your bundle, excluded from it, or made exclusive to the bundle.
Vid Setting | What it means |
| Included | Members can access the vid through your Vid Bundle. |
| Exclusive | The vid is only available through your Vid Bundle and can't be purchased separately. |
| Excluded | The vid isn't available through your Vid Bundle and can be sold separately. |
Make a vid exclusive to your Vid Bundle
Making a vid exclusive means Members can only access it through your Vid Bundle. It can't be purchased separately.
To make a vid exclusive:
Go to Dashboard.
Go to Manage My Store.
Go to Content Manager.
Locate the vid and click the 3-dots next to it.
Click Edit.
Find the Your Vid Bundle section.
Select Exclusive (this vid cannot be purchased outside of your Vid Bundle).
Click Save.
The vid will now only be available through your Vid Bundle. It will also display a Vid Bundle Exclusive icon and a prompt for Members to purchase your bundle.
Exclude a vid from your Vid Bundle
You can exclude individual vids from your Vid Bundle if you want to sell them separately.
To exclude a vid:
Go to Dashboard.
Go to Manage My Store.
Go to Content Manager.
Locate the vid and click the 3-dots next to it.
Click Edit.
Find the Your Vid Bundle section.
Select This vid is not included in your Vid Bundle.
Click Save.
The vid will no longer be accessible through your Vid Bundle.
Manage multiple vids
You can also manage which vids are included or excluded from your Vid Bundle through Membership:
Go to Dashboard.
Go to Manage My Store.
Go to Membership.
Move vids between the Included in Membership and Excluded from Membership columns by clicking and dragging them.
Use this option when you want to manage multiple vids rather than editing them individually.
