Reports & Appeals Policy

Our Commitment

ManyVids is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform for all users. Reports relating to content, user conduct, copyright, consent, safety, or other potential violations of our policies are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team in accordance with our Terms of Service, Content Rules, and other applicable platform policies.

What Can Be Reported?

Reports may be submitted for the following, including but not limited to:

  • Content that violates the ManyVids Content Rules or Terms of Service
  • Copyright infringement (DMCA)
  • Non-consensual content or missing performer consent
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or other illegal activity
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing
  • Any other suspected violation of ManyVids policies

How to Submit a Report

If you believe content or user activity violates our Content Rules, Terms of Service, or other platform policies, you can submit a report directly through ManyVids by selecting the Report option from the three-dot menu available on applicable content and profiles.

Depending on the type of report, you may be asked to provide additional details to help us understand the concern. In other cases, the report is submitted directly for review by our Trust & Safety team.

If you are unable to submit a report using this option, or your concern relates to another matter, you may also contact our Trust & Safety team at help@manyvids.com.

To help us investigate, please include, where applicable:

  • A description of the concern
  • The URL of the reported content or profile
  • Any supporting information or documentation relevant to your report

Review Process

All reports are reviewed by trained members of ManyVids' Trust & Safety team in accordance with our Terms of Service, Content Rules, and internal procedures.

While technology may assist in identifying potential policy violations, all decisions to remove flagged content or take enforcement action are made by skilled human analysts following manual review.

Appeals

If a decision or action is taken by the ManyVids Trust & Safety team in response to a report or disagreement between Community members, either party may appeal the decision or action for review. Unless otherwise indicated, all decisions or actions taken by the ManyVids Trust & Safety team are considered final.

For copyright infringement and non-consensual content reports, if content is reinstated following review, the reporting party will be notified and may appeal the decision to a neutral third party at ManyVids' expense.

Enforcement Actions

Where a violation of ManyVids' Terms of Service, Content Rules, or other platform policies is identified, ManyVids may take one or more of the following enforcement actions:

  • Removal of content
  • Suspension or termination of accounts
  • Permanent banning of repeat or severe offenders
  • Reporting matters to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where required or appropriate
