Why haven't I received my Payout yet?

Haven’t received your payout yet? Don’t worry, most delays are simply due to standard payment processing times with your financial institution.

Understanding the Payout Schedule

All earnings on ManyVids are held for 7 days before being paid out.

Earnings Period

• From Wednesday at 12:00 AM UTC
• To Tuesday at 11:59 PM UTC

Payout Timing

• Payments are processed 7 days after the earnings period ends
• Payouts are issued every Wednesday

This means you receive your earnings one week after the period in which they were earned.

How to Confirm if Your Payout Was Sent

To check your payout status:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Open Performance Insights
3. Click “View” next to Payout History

If your payout appears in your Payout History, it has already been processed and sent. See processing times in the chart below.

Common Reasons a Payout Was Not Sent

If your payout does not appear in your Payout History, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

• A payment method has not been added to your account
• Your payment method was added after the weekly payout cutoff:
  • Tuesday at 23:45 UTC (7:45 PM EDT)
• Your account has not yet reached the minimum payout threshold including payout fees
• Your payout has been temporarily placed on hold for review

Payment Processing Times

Once a payout has been sent, delivery times depend on your payment method.

Please note:

• Business days are Monday–Friday only
• Holidays may delay processing times
• If a payout date falls on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day

• Your payout date
• Any relevant payout details
