Deleting your account
We’re sorry to see you go, but we respect your decision.
If you would like to delete your Creator account, please contact us at help@manyvids.com.
Before we can process your request, we may need a few details, including:
- Confirmation of any outstanding store items or custom video orders
- Verification that your payment method is set up correctly so you can receive any final payouts
If your account has unpaid earnings over $20, these funds will be issued to your registered payment method within 1–2 payout cycles after your account has been closed.

To reactivate your Creator account, please email help@manyvids.com with your request and include the following verification items:
A photo of yourself holding a sign that includes:
- ManyVids
- Your legal name
- Today's date
- Date of Birth
- A close-up photo of your ID clearly showing all details
This verification helps ensure your account information remains accurate and secure.
