Creators have 30 days from the purchase date to fulfill Store Items. Within that 30 day period you, will have the ability to private message the Creator in case you need to check on the status of your order.

You will be able to purchase multiple store items at once from all of your favorite creators!
How Shipping Is Calculated for Multi-Item Orders:
When you purchase multiple Store items in one checkout: Shipping is calculated separately for each Creator. For items from the same Creator, the highest shipping cost is applied in full. Additional items from that same Creator in the same order are charged at a reduced shipping rate. This helps support bundled purchases while ensuring Creators are compensated for shipping. Shipping totals are shown before you complete checkout.
If your store item is passed due, feel free to reach out to the Creator directly for an update. If you are no longer able to contact the Creator, please reach out to help@manyvids.com with the Creator's username and the Sales ID, we'll be happy to mediate the purchase and do everything we can to help out!
Please make sure to report all non-delivered store items within 120 days in order to be eligible for a credit.
