Contest Votes and Tips are considered donations and are non-refundable. If a Creator promised an incentive in exchange for a Contest Vote or Tip, they alone will be liable for delivery. If your incentive is taking extra time to be delivered, we suggest you reach out to the Creator directly to get an update.
